2006 & 2007 President's Message
Dear Fellow Members:
After two consecutive years as the Cardinal Ohio Chapter President, my term has ended its course and I am passing the title to another deserving member. I have enjoyed working with each and everyone within the organization and wish all of you continued success and a prosperous career. I would like to thank all of the board members and all who have provided me with their guidance and their past experiences within the organization. My two years as President, has provided me with a special journey, as it has given me the opportunity to connect with many members within the Cardinal Ohio Chapter. I would also like to give special thanks to Sally Lawton, who has supported me as well as other past presidents with the necessary assistance to succeed. Sally is truly the "back bone" of our chapter and does so much more for us than most realize. As you know, the Appraisal Institute is currently experiencing some difficult times regarding membership retention and preserving the integrity of our designations. The members of the board recognize these challenges and have been working diligently with regional and national representatives in order to voice the concerns. The next several years will surely be challenging and potentially frustrating for AI members, but I am confident that we will prevail, with continued success for the Appraisal Institute and its well recognized designations.
It has been my pleasure serving all of you, and I appreciate the opportunity to have been placed in such a highly regarded position as President of the Cardinal Ohio Chapter.
