Dear Members/Associates/Affiliates and Friends:
We are hoping you can take a break from your busy schedule at the close of the year to attend some very important events.
The Quarterly Meetings (both the Board and General Membership) of the Cardinal Ohio Chapter on Thursday, December 9, 1999 at the Ohio State University Fawcett Center for Tomorrow, 2400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43210.
The 22ND ANNUAL REAL ESTATE ECONOMIC SEMINAR to be held Friday, December 10, 1999, sponsored by the Cardinal Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and The Ohio State University Center for Real Estate, also held at the Fawcett Center.
Enclosed are agendas and registration forms for these events. Perhaps you can invite a colleague or treat a client (or your very own office staff) to a holiday gift. This seminar has always been a worthwhile experience. As in years past, we feel that the presenters are truly exceptional and will address both the residential and commercial real estate market along with other subjects that affect your daily business activities.
The Installation of Officers for 2000 will be at the dinner/dance on Thursday evening to be held at the Westin Great Southern Hotel in downtown Columbus. Please plan to attend (and, of course, bring your significant other) in support of the officers, directors and committee chairs.
