The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of commercial appraisal experience, hold an Ohio Appraisal Assistant License or hold an Ohio Certified General Real State Appraisal License. The qualified candidate must have strong communication and analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Argus.
